Amazon Web Services (AWS) will be performing maintenance to the underlying hardware for their European Amazon Aurora Database instances. This maintenance is scheduled to occur between 2022-06-17 13:00 UTC (Friday) and 2022-06-24 12:59 UTC (Friday). Due to the nature of the maintenance, exact timing of each maintenance process is currently unavailable. Please note, though, that AWS has a failover plan for activities that occur during the maintenance window, so any potential service interruption will be less than 60 seconds.Once the maintenance is complete, Cloud Operations will need to perform a restart of all servers. All Cloud Inventory® services will be available for operations during this maintenance period, however minor service interruptions may still occur. While rare, it is possible that some connections have to be re-established. This is most commonly accomplished by logging out and logging back in to the system. After the upgrade is complete we recommend that any customer with a gateway server deployed in their tenant restart the gateway service to ensure that all connections provided by the gateway reconnect properly.
