PLANNED MAINTENANCE NOTIFICATION - December 23, 2023

When:  Dec 23, 2023 from 21:00 to 23:00 (ET)

Cloud Operations will be performing some necessary maintenance activities during the timeframe noted below. Given the approaching holidays, this notification is early for your convenience. While All Cloud Inventory® services will be available for operations during this maintenance period, minor service interruptions may still occur, this may include delays in LDAP sync, Printing, and AIM transactions. While rare, it is possible that some connections have to be re-established. This is most commonly accomplished by logging out and logging back in to the system. After the upgrade is complete we recommend that any customer with a gateway server deployed in their tenant restart the gateway service to ensure all connections provided by the gateway reconnect properly. After this maintenance, please clear web browser cache, or CTRL+F5.

If you have the PC Mobile Client for Windows deployed you may need to download the latest version from the Device page in the platform manager and upgrade your PC Mobile client to that version. Failure to stay current will result in unexpected issues using the mobile client.
